HMAC Signed Links
Every verification email carries a cryptographically signed HMAC token containing the Opportunity ID and 7-day expiration timestamp.
First Ignite Source of Truth
No separate application database. All applicant data, contact fields, and opportunity stages are queried directly from First Ignite.
Simplified Frictionless Flow
No reviewer passwords or sign-in allowlists required. Opening a link presents applicant details; confirmation executes the stage update.
Verification Workflow

First Ignite form creates a contact and opportunity in the Architect Resource Request pipeline.

The review team receives an email notification with signed Verify and Reject links.

Opening either link validates the HMAC signature server-side and presents applicant details.

In live production mode, verified applications advance to Sales Channel Approval while rejected applications are set to Lost.
